What we collect

When you request an audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, website and any message you provide. We record when you submitted the request and accepted this notice.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, arrange your audit and track its progress. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not collect payment information.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in our private admin system, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. When email sending is connected, Resend processes an alert containing your contact and business details for the site owner. Hosting and email providers may process data outside your country.

Access and retention

The admin portal is restricted to the owner's account. We keep request information for handling your enquiry and any resulting service. You can ask what information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Information needed for an ongoing service or required records may need to be retained. Email copies and backups may be retained separately.

Website safeguards

We use a temporary form cookie to protect submissions. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit spam. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
